Eyleen Nugent

Testimonials
I would have no hesitation in recommending Eyleen Nugent to colleagues seeking an expert witness and report in an Equine related case. I found Eyleen great to deal with and her thorough and authoritative report contributed greatly to a very successful settlement for our client.

Eyleen was engaged by our office to conduct a valuation and produce a report for court. She carried out a thoroughly professional job and had no problem accommodating us even at short notice. Eyleen travelled a long distance to carry out her investigations and also attended for the full day of our hearing. Eyleen's fees were reasonable and we would not hesitate to recommend her as an expert on equine matters.

I used Eyleen’s service of being an equine expert consultant on the recommendation of a colleague who has used Eyleen on previous matters. I found Eyleen to be very competent, professional and very thorough in her reporting. I will definitely be availing of her expertise again in the near future.

About Eyleen

Eyleen has worked with horses from an early age. She started riding at 12 and has dedicated her working life to training, teaching, breeding, sourcing (Touchable) and producing quality horses to the highest levels. Many of her breeding lines have gone on to compete at international level or produce international level horses, for example, Dreamin', Dreamin' of U (dam of HHS Fortuna, HHS Figaro, HHS Sevenhouses) and Brosnavilla.
Having owned, managed and ran her own successful riding school, stud farm (breeding Sport Horses, National Hunt and flat horses), livery yard, and stallion yard, she is well aware of all the risks involved on a daily basis for staff, potential purchasers, vets, riders/jockeys and how best to avoid these risks.
Eyleen has gained a reputation as a well renowned judge, instructor and horse behavioural psychologist, which in turn has developed into a notable career in the field of equine report writing for numerous legal firms. Read more under 'More - A breeder's intuition'...
